Our products are printed on demand and produced after the order is confirmed.

Product visuals are presented as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or print may occur depending on screen settings and production processes.


Personalized or custom products are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defect or error on our part.

 

 

 

Prices

 


All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

 

 

 

Orders

 


Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins shortly after confirmation.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

 


In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, except for personalized or custom-made items.


To exercise this right, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

 

 

 

Liability

 


We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order placed.

 

 

 

Applicable Law

 


These Conditions of Sale are governed by Portuguese law.
